Net Static Rates + Commisions

RATE DESCRIPTION

All rates are NET and include all Vat & Taxes. They are at least 12% lower than our Published B2C Rates.

NON REFUNDABLE POLICY

In case you have booked a NR Rate, there is normaly a 10% Discounted Rate but no Refunds / cancellations allowed. Payment is made at the time of booking.

MODIFICATIONS

Modifications allowed on request, with no any Charge, depending on availability.

OVERNIGHT TAX / RESORT FEE (payable by client upon arrival)

4 stars: €3.00 per room per night

3 stars: €1.50 per room per night

Vacation Rentals: €0.50 per room per night

*overnight tax value might change from the Goverment without warning

Commissions Structure

Commission for Hotel Bookings

15% minimum guaranteed commision for bookings till €20,000 per year. For more than €20,000 per year another 3% extra (total 18%).

Commission for Hotel + Flight Bookings

15% commission of the Room Value - excluding Flights.

Commission on Extras during the booking proccess

Taxi Transfers: €2,00 per booking
VIP Transfers: 5%
Spa Therapies: 5%
Birthday Cakes: 5%
Others: varies
